Many of our cookers and ovens are fitted with a cooling fan that continues to run even when you have finished cooking.

The fan is used to keep electrical/electronic controls and surface temperatures cool.

The cooling fan will switch off automatically when it reaches the required ambient temperature and may stay on for periods in excess of 30 minutes.
