I have a difficult access into my home, what do I need to do?

When the delivery team contacts you to arrange a delivery date you will be asked several questions regarding access to your property.

In most circumstances delivery can be made by the regular two-man team; however, if you have a difficult property to access the delivery team will advise on the best course of action.

In some circumstances, an additional charge may be required.
